Phoebe Mose is a Lecturer and Examination coordinator in the Department of Agricultural Economics and Rural Development, Maseno University. She is a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD.) graduate in Agricultural Economics from Maseno University, Kenya. She is also a holder of a MSc. degree in Agricultural Economics and Resource Management with specialization in Production Economics, Marketing and Rural Development and a BSc. degree in Agricultural Economics and Rural Development both from Moi University. Apart from teaching, her research interests include: Agribusiness, Food Security, Risk Management, Marketing, Production Economics Rural Development and Value Chain Analysis.

1. In the year 2010, Kenya Arid and Semi-Arid Lands (KASAL) project, KARI funded Research titled “Patterns and drivers of small ruminants’ meat consumption by urban residents, Nairobi, Kenya.
2. Between 2016-2018, National Research Fund, funded Research titled “Attitude of indigenous chicken farmers towards risk and agricultural insurance and their effect on chicken productivity in Nyanza region, Kenya”
